Adventurers

Adventurers meets on Sundays during term time at the All Saints Church hall, Church Street. It meets on every Sunday except the second Sunday of each month when there is an All-Age family service in church at 9.15am.

It is for children up to school year 4/5 inclusive. For those in school year 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 there is a new Sunday group called X:plore, details of which can be found at this website.

Adventurers starts at 9.45am with some singing in the Church Hall and also the Church on the third Sunday of the month. Parents also are welcome to attend this and many of them do. You don't have to arrive at 9.45am - many folk arrive later than that, especially if they are planning on attending the 10.30am service in church.

Then at 10.30am the teaching and activity begins. Parents then have a choice of coming into church or, if they prefer, returning home. Then at 11.05am the children go into church for the remainder of the service, though parents may collect them at this point if they wish from the church hall. Check all this with the leaders when you arrive your first week.

Adventurers is great fun. It has attracted up to 30 children recently. Photos will follow in due course. Just come along. The parents also really enjoy the worship time at 10am.

All our staff and helpers are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked for your child's safety and for your peace of mind.
